I weighed in at 390 lbs and my doctor told me he would try to get me to 30 years old before my FIRST heart attack. I did not want that to happen. I was on medicine to control my sugar (I was borderline type 2 diabetic) and high blood pressure. I am off of both of those medications now.
Change my diet completely (eating 6x a day with portioned out protein and vegetables/fruits) and start a training program that included: 3 sessions/week in the gym, 1 boot camp on Saturday and cardio for 30min every day. I now do 1 hour cardio six times a week in addition to gym time.
I now weigh 326 lbs and I am off of both medications my doctor was giving me. I have gone from a 4X (pushing a 5X) in shirt size to a 3X, my waist was a 58 (almost 60) and now I am a 50. I feel like I have a new life and energy like never before.
